If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Aptinomic is a product of Altivis Technologies and is intended for users in India.
2. Description of Service
Aptinomic provides AI-powered career guidance through personality and interest assessments, an AI career interview, and personalised reports. Our content and recommendations are for informational and decision-support purposes only. They do not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
3. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Aptinomic. If you are under 18, use of the service should be with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts; (c) scrape, copy, or resell our content or data without permission; (d) use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others; or (e) circumvent any access or payment controls. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.
5. Fees and Refunds
Some features (e.g. full report unlock) may require a one-time or recurring fee. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and will be displayed before payment. Refund policy will be as stated at the time of purchase or on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, and materials on Aptinomic are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Your own assessment responses and report data remain yours, subject to our Privacy Policy regarding how we process and store them.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any recommendation for your particular situation. Career and labour markets change; our insights are based on available data and AI and may not reflect the latest conditions. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aptinomic and Altivis Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may notify you by email or a notice on the platform.
