We collect information you provide directly (e.g. name, email, phone, age, city, life phase, gender, family background), assessment and interview responses, and usage data (e.g. pages visited, features used). We may use cookies and similar technologies for session management and to improve the service. Payment-related data is processed by our payment providers in accordance with their policies.

We use your information to: deliver and personalise the service (e.g. generating your report and AI interview); communicate with you (e.g. account and support); improve our assessments and AI; analyse aggregate usage patterns; comply with legal obligations; and protect the security of our platform. Your assessment answers and interview transcript may be processed by AI systems (including third-party AI providers) to generate your career report and insights. We ensure that such processing is done in line with our agreements and data protection practices. Outputs are stored securely and associated with your account.
